MIND.BODY.YOU
Feeling healthy in mind and body and feeling wholly and authentically YOU in your life is essential to aging with grace, vitality and joy. Learning and exploring this has been a large part of my journey in recent years; conversations with other women showed me I was not alone.
Many women spend their early years raising children and supporting their families in a multitude of ways. As we move into our fifties and sixties and beyond, the children are launched, our work or career has changed, our bodies change and our focus and priorities begin to shift. Personally, I needed to make my health a priority and to find ways to nurture myself instead of always doing for others. As I began exploring ways to help myself, I learned that many other women wanted something similar.
Mind.Body.You was born of a desire to provide an environment and an experience for women to connect and tune into their wholeness and authenticity. The first event for Mind.Body.You is a mini-retreat in a beautiful outdoor setting that includes movement, visualization, meaningful conversation and sharing of women’s wisdom.
